Converting WAV files to "Telephone Quality"To convert a .WAV file to "Telephone Quality":

1.  Complete your dictation and save it as a file on your computer  
2. Click "Start", "Programs", "Accessories", "Entertainment", "Sound Recorder"
3. Click "File", "Open" and locate on your computer the dictated file
4. Click "File", "Properties" then "Convert Now"
5. Select "Telephone Quality" from the "Name" drop-down menu
6. Click "Ok" then "Ok" again
7. Click "File", "Save"
8. Close Sound Recorder
