SpeakWrite allows you to submit your dictation and other work to us for transcription using a variety of methods, without having to change the way you normally create your work. Simply record your dictation, submit your work into our system and in about three hours your completed document will be delivered to your email as an attachment in your preferred word processing software.   Available 24 hours a day, SpeakWrite can handle as much of your work as you require with no advance notice or request, and with no special equipment.

Once your dictation is submitted to our secure system it is routed to our trained and qualified typists located throughout the U.S and Canada who type your work according to your specific requirements, then your completed document is delivered to your email as a word processing attachment, all in about three hours.

When you receive your completed document you will be able to edit or print it just as though you had it typed in your office.  And your completed documents are stored in our secure system for 90 days in the event you need them re-sent to you.

SpeakWrite also provides a variety of tools such as customized form or template documents, word lists, and an address book that typists may reference while completing your work in order to ensure that your documents are completed exactly as you want.

All work is charged at a simple flat rate with no account set up fees, no monthly charges, no minimums, no other costs of any kind.  Simply use us as much or as little as you choose and when you do use the service, you are billed once a week for any charges.

SpeakWrite enables you to have a virtually unlimited staff, available to you at all times, but wholly pay-as-you-go and with no associated overhead costs.
