Troubleshooting:

Question: I am unable to record audio or I am having issues with the application?

Answer: You will need to edit security permissions on your BlackBerry.

     1. Open Options/Security/Application Permissions

     2. Select SpeakWrite

     3. Select "Edit Permissions" from the menu

     4. Configure the Security Permissions to "Allow" for all categories.

     5. Save the changes

     6. Take out and replace your battery to restart your device

Question: I am unable to submit my job.

Answer: You should be prompted to select a carrier if your connection fails. Please try different versions for your provider. Please note that the Verizon option works with most devices.
