Our per-word rate can provide large and small offices alike with overhead savings of up to 40% and free up your in-house staff to focus on more important matters. Accounts are invoiced and a current billing statement is always available online.
What are the costs for using and accessing the SpeakWrite service?
Use of the SpeakWrite service is completely pay-as-you-go. There are no fixed costs of any kind for using the service or having it available to you 24 hours a day. You are only charged for work transcribed for you, and only at a per word cost for words transcribed. No monthly charges, no minimums, no other charges of any kind. For words transcribed, the cost is:

'Legal' - Work requiring the use of a trained and experienced legal transcriptionist.
'General' - Work not requiring the use of a trained and experienced legal transcriptionist.
'Group Conversations' - Transcription of recorded conversations, interviews, seminars, conference calls or anything which involves more than one person speaking.
This equates to roughly $4.50 per page of 'Legal' work done.
